I had to go to Wal-Mart this morning and decided to experiment with doing a time lapse video.
Then I tried (keyword there) to make a video sitting in the parking lot of Wal-Mart too. As you can tell, well….yeeeeaah. I started off well enough but it didnt take long for my anxiety to kick in. Tbh, I didnt plan on making it that long anyway but I did hope to make it a little longer than what I did. It just didnt go as great as I had hoped as I had wanted to say a lot more but maybe sooner or later things like this will become another I dont think twice about it kind of thing.
But, I guess, you just have to take it step by step. Progress is progress, I suppose.
The whole time I tried doing this, even before, I kept thinking and wondering if anyone was in the surrounding cars that I couldn’t see and what if someone was watching me and blah blah blah. I doubt I have to get into what it’s like for most of you who watch my videos.

In this video I give you a BRIEF description and a brief VISUAL of my very depressing, miserable living situation. Regardless of the way you’ve seen me in pictures and in my other videos THIS what I’m actually currently living in behind the scenes. Again I would like to stress that this BRIEF video doesn’t even completely show why I am depressed. There are other reasons too. This is just one of the biggest ones. I may have even forgot to mention some things in this video. If I have, then I will mention them in later videos.
For those of you who don’t know. Here is a short description of who I am :
My name is Caleb and I am 20 years old. My interest are dancing, music, video games, going out, and chilling with friends(when I have them). I have a huge passion for dancing and want to be a choreographer. I have severe anxiety and have difficulty going out of the house. I do go out… however, it is very hard for me to and it is very uncomfortable most of the time. The only way I can really obtain any comfort is through the medication I take(Which I’m starting to develop an addiction to by the way. Isn’t that just great?) Klonopin. I also have to have somebody with me most of the time. I get very afraid to go out alone. The places I have the most difficulty going are places that are BIG AND/OR Noisy, and crowded. Some good examples are Grocery stores, department stores, huge parking lots, huge streets with a lot of traffic, restaurants, and big city’s such as NYC. The fact that I have trouble going out to these places combined with the fact that my family more often than not refuses to go with me anywhere makes it impossible for me to even go to the grocery store to get food. Leaving me hungry at most times. My anxiety is so severe and disables me to the point where I cannot even hold a job. For this reason, I am receiving SSI benefits. I am also slipping into a deep depression from being unable to leave the house, not having any friends, and not being able to go out anywhere to meet any. And that is mainly what this video is about… Please keep in mind however that severe as my depression is, My anxiety is even more severe, and I believe it is the root factor contributing to my depression because of all the things its disabling me from doing.

Ok, Im just discussing the topics of Anxiety disorders, Social Anxiety Disorders…and such and how it relates to me;D
Alright so, Im not sure if I have social anxiety or not but I do tend to overthink everything a lot. I used to walk in the hallways really fast and everytime someone came up to me to talk; I was really afraid. I was always by myself. I would come home and sit alone. I hardly ever talk to anyone. I didnt know what was wrong with me. ANd I get really insecure when people look at me and I always have this tendency that people will come up and say something mean to me. I just dont know what would happen to me if I dont talk. I actually like to talk. I dont know If I really do have social anxiety disorder or not. Trying to figure out right now. How you think it is. Well, I always have this feeling that people will leave me. That I am not a good enough friend or people dont want to be my friend. If I have friends, I tend to be more outgoing and open to talking. ANd also if something happens, I dont want to go after it. Other symptoms related to it. Cannot do things by myself. Need help from my mother. ALways so self-conscious about my looks and everything. Always wanting to look a certain way. Also, I think social anxiety disorder is also related to other disorders; General anxiety disorder. ALso related to growing up. It can also be diagnosed as an anxiety disorder some people who think too much think it is an social anxiety disorder. ALways self-conscious about things, overthink everything, if my friends like me. Yeah Basically cant do anything myself. You guys ever feel like that. Worthless or useless. Thought of comfort and be able to socializ…very affecting in a way…
